What we store

When you book studio time, apply for a residency, ask about a workshop, send a message or leave a testimonial, the form emails your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your message and, for a workshop question, which workshop it is about to the studio inbox, with a copy to you. The website itself keeps no copy.

Workshop bookings and payments are handled by Eventbrite under its own privacy policy. We see the name and email address of each person booked so that we can send joining instructions.

Why we store it

We use these details to reply to you, to arrange studio time or a residency and to run each workshop. This is the ordinary business of running the studio and is our legitimate interest under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Emails from the forms stay in the studio inbox for up to two years, then are deleted. Workshop booking records are kept for two years after the date of the workshop.

Seeing or deleting your data

Email enquiries@millstreetetchingstudio.co.uk and we will send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. We do this within a month and usually much sooner.

Spam protection and analytics

Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs a short check in your browser and does not identify you to us. We use cookieless analytics from Vercel that count page visits without tracking individuals.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Eventbrite sets its own when you go there to book.
